What is OxRad?
OxRad is an on-premise AI radiology reporting platform built by Oxwyn Ltd (Company No. 16818053), a company registered in the United Kingdom. It reads medical scans, X-ray, CT, MRI and more, and drafts the radiologist's report on hardware inside the clinic, so patient imaging never leaves the building. A qualified radiologist reviews and signs every report: OxRad drafts, the human decides.
It is built on one conviction: the safest place to compute is the place where the data already lives. Most radiology AI sends scans to the cloud and sells that as convenience. OxRad does the opposite on purpose. The data stays on-site, and that is verifiable rather than promised: private by design.
OxRad is for diagnostic-imaging centres and hospital radiology departments, and for the radiologists who sign the reports. It is sold as a per-seat subscription. The system is built and in active testing on our own hardware; it is not yet a live clinical deployment.

How we work
Private by architecture
Privacy is not a setting that can be switched off. Patient imaging stays on-site because the system is built so it has nowhere else to go.

We publish what is real today and call the roadmap a roadmap. No invented metrics, no borrowed logos, no claims we cannot stand behind.

Why we are building OxRad
Radiology AI is racing to the cloud while patient data becomes harder to protect and easier to move. We think the safest place to compute on a scan is the place the scan already lives. OxRad is the attempt to make that the default, with privacy as the architecture and a clinician always in the loop.
