Privacy policy
This site is run by Oxwyn Ltd. We keep it as private as the product it describes: no patient data, no advertising cookies, no trackers.
Last updated: 15 June 2026
The short version
We collect nothing about you unless you send us an enquiry. If you do, we use what you typed to reply, and for nothing else. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no selling of data, and no patient data anywhere on this site.
Who we are
This website, oxrad.org, is operated by Oxwyn Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16818053), with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ (“Oxwyn”, “we”). Oxwyn Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@oxrad.org.
No patient data on this site
This marketing site does not collect, process, or store any patient data or medical images, and our forms state this explicitly. The OxRad product runs on hardware inside a clinic and keeps patient imaging on the premises; this website is entirely separate from it. Please do not include patient information in any enquiry.
What we collect, and why
Enquiry forms. The site has two forms: the pilot enquiry (name, role, organisation, country, modality mix, rough monthly volume, message) and the Build Paper request (name, role, organisation, reason for interest). We use these details to assess and respond to your enquiry, including arranging a conversation and, for the Build Paper, an NDA. Both forms require your explicit consent to be contacted before they submit.
Technical data. To protect the forms from abuse, our server briefly processes your IP address for rate limiting; it is held in memory only and is not written to a marketing database. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, user agent, and pages requested) for security and operations, as virtually every website host does.
Email. If you email us directly, we hold your message and address in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence is relevant.
Cookies and analytics
We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies and run no third-party ad or social trackers, which is why you see no cookie banner. For traffic measurement we use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless method that does not identify you or follow you across sites.
Legal bases
Under UK GDPR, we process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries we receive; we process technical security data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and operational.
Who else touches the data
We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. The site relies on a small number of service providers acting on our instructions as processors: a hosting provider that serves the site, and an email delivery provider that carries enquiry notifications to us. Where any provider processes data outside the UK, recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case it resumes, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the rights given by UK data protection law, including to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to object to or restrict our processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@oxrad.org and we will act on it. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and its date. We will not quietly weaken the commitments above; a site whose pitch is privacy has to practise it.
