Terms of use

The terms on which you may use this website, operated by Oxwyn Ltd. Using the site means you accept them.

Last updated: 9 June 2026

Who we are

oxrad.org is operated by Oxwyn Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms govern your use of this website only; any pilot, evaluation, or use of the OxRad product itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

Informational content, not medical advice

The content of this site describes OxRad and Oxwyn Ltd and is provided for general information. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a clinical claim, or a substitute for the judgement of a qualified clinician, and nothing here should be relied on for decisions about patient care.

An assistive product, honestly described

OxRad produces draft radiology reports that a qualified radiologist reviews, edits, and signs. It is assistive software with a clinician in the loop, not an autonomous diagnostic device. The system is currently in active testing: statements about capability describe what is built, statements about regulation describe targets in progress rather than held certifications, and we publish no clinical outcome metrics because none exist yet. Forward-looking statements are intentions, not guarantees.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, design, diagrams, imagery, and the OxRad, OxRad Intelligence, OxChain, and OxRad Protocol names and marks, belongs to Oxwyn Ltd or its licensors. You may view, link to, and quote the site with attribution; you may not pass its content off as your own or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement without our written permission.

The Build Paper

The Build Paper is confidential. It is not available for download and is shared at our discretion, under a non-disclosure agreement, after an initial conversation. Requesting it creates no obligation on either side, and any copy shared with you remains subject to the NDA under which it was provided.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt or compromise the site, probe or attack its infrastructure, abuse the enquiry forms, or submit content that is unlawful or that you have no right to send, and never include patient information in an enquiry. Security researchers acting in good faith should use the contact in our security.txt.

Third-party links

Where the site links to third-party sites, such as LinkedIn profiles, those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, and we may change or withdraw its content at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxwyn Ltd is not liable for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date; continued use of the site means you accept the revision. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
