The OxRad Build Paper
The architecture, documented in full. It describes what is built, not what is proven, because the clinical evidence comes next.
Shared under NDA after an initial conversation. No download.
Abstract
The OxRad Build Paper documents, end to end, how a radiology study is read, drafted, and signed without ever leaving the clinic: the OxRad on-site node, the OxRad Intelligence reporting engine, the OxChain tamper-evident audit, and OxRad Protocol, the method by which the system improves across sites without moving patient data. It sets out the threat model, the privacy-preserving design, the regulatory posture, and the validation plan for the testing now under way. It is a working engineering document rather than a brochure: it records what is built, the trade-offs taken, and what remains to be proven. Clinical and performance results are deliberately absent, because none are claimed until the evidence exists.

The architecture at a glance
A study enters the OxRad on-site node in DICOM. OxRad Intelligence drafts the report locally, OxChain records a tamper-evident audit, and a radiologist signs. Nothing transits the cloud. OxRad Protocol shares model updates only, never raw data.
How we share it
The full paper is shared with serious investors, pilot partners, and researchers under NDA, after an initial conversation. That is not secrecy for its own sake: the engineering detail is the work, and we protect it the way we protect patient data, deliberately. Request it below, tell us who you are and why it is relevant, and if it looks like a fit we will set up a call, sign an NDA, and share the paper directly.
What this paper is, and is not
This is an architecture paper. It sets out how OxRad is built and why. It does not report clinical outcomes, accuracy, or performance benchmarks, because the system is in active testing and that evidence does not yet exist. When it does, it will be published with its method and its limits. We would rather show you a clear account of the engineering now than a claim we cannot stand behind.
Request the Build Paper
A short, serious request. This starts a conversation; the paper is shared manually under NDA, never as a download.
